The H175 tours Mexico, the US and Brazil for oil & gas and private customers
The H175 has embarked upon a three-month demo-tour in Mexico, the United States and Brazil following its appearance at the Heli-Expo 2015 industry show in Orlando, Florida, earlier this month.

The helicopter’s first stop – Mexico City – consisted of two days of demonstration flights from March 12-13 for more than 20 private customers. Setting new standards in business and private aviation, the H175 combines unparalleled elements of style and comfort with the largest cabin of any medium-sized twin-engine helicopter.

The helicopter will next touch down in Ciudad del Carmen, Mexico from March 17-19, where it will dedicate three days towards demonstrating its outstanding Category A performance and other capabilities for the oil and gas sector. The H175 will enter service with the Mexican oil & gas industry in 2017, operated by Transportes Aéreos Pegaso, the launch customer for this aircraft in the region, with two ordered.

The H175 will then head to the United States’ Gulf of Mexico, with two stops also dedicated to the oil & gas community: Louisiana (March 23-24) and Houston (March 25).

The H175’s final leg of this demo tour will target the oil & gas community in Brazil in May at three different locations: Cabo Frío (May 14-15), Macaé (May 18-19) and Río de Janeiro (May 25-26).

In addition to providing opportunities to experience the H175’s performance and capabilities firsthand, the Brazilian demo tour will include a two-day symposium for companies within the oil & gas sector. Operators and customers will participate in presentations and workshops related to offshore helicopter missions, with topics ranging from support and services to safety and training.
