Swiss Air Rescue Service Rega renews its fleet with H145
Zurich,
Swiss Air-Rescue Rega signed a contract on 7 December 2016 for the purchase of six Airbus H145 rescue helicopters. The helicopters will replace the current EC145 fleet and will go into operation in 2018.

With the H145, Rega is placing its trust in the next-generation version of the tried-and-tested EC145 family. The new model is considerably more powerful than the EC145 and is equipped with a four-axis autopilot featuring cutting-edge avionics and navigation technology. Its spacious cabin and flat floor is particularly well suited to the transport of intensive care patients.
