On October 26 in Marignane, France, Guillaume Faury, CEO of Airbus Helicopters, honored 140 employees for their winning projects as part of the "Awards for Excellence" program. The ceremony marks the first year that this initiative has taken place, the aim being to recognize achievements of both employees and teams.

The success of this pilot program is due to the hard work of our employees, underlining Airbus Helicopters' key priorities toward customer satisfaction, quality and safety, and competitiveness. This grassroots initiative opened its doors to all employees with an exceptional project to present. "The goal of Awards for Excellence is to highlight the teams whose work contributes in an outstanding way to achieving our company goals," explains Julia Kaag, project manager in the Culture and Change department.
